The nurse I saw is a nurse I have seen several times over the last few years for tests, etc. She is extremely informative, gentle and caring. She always makes me feel at ease whenever I see her.

Since I joined sarum health group, I had nothing but good experience. The doctors and nurses are happy to hear your health concerns, and will do anything to help you. The staff at reception are always warm and friendly. I can't praise Millstream health group enough.

The service I received from the reception staff to the nurse who took my blood and the consultation with the GP was excellent. The only down side for me coming from Durrington is nearly an hour travelling and parking by the surgery.

Receptionist are really helpful when you call Always get a call back from doctor or nurse the doctors are helpful and the nurses are helpful to and any medication you need is always sent to our chosen pharmacy almost straight away we are very happy with their service.

When I phoned for an appointment, I received a call back from the doctor, received an appointment the same day, and was seen by the doctor at the time my appointment was, no hanging around. He was clear very helpful and I felt reassured.

In recent months I have needed to seek medical advice on a number of occasions, the response has been prompt, triage is good and visit to surgery for F2F has been actively and promptly arranged. Recent visit for tests arranged promptly, nurse explained tests clearly and supportive throughout, provided immediate and helpful feed back following tests. Overall I have been impressed with response of all staff I have gone into contact with from the surgery.

I have been with millstream drs when it wasnt even built the Professionalism and level of patient care is of a higher standarx than majoritg of surgeries in the nhs fold. Its nice to know who your drs are and millstream drs give it a personal touch

I had to wait 4 weeks for a replcement painkiller because th prescribed one was unavailable. The receptionist on my 6th or 7th visit to the surgery would not listen too what l was saying but kept repeating the same thing despite a member of the pharmacy coming in and telling her she was wrong.

Making an appointment for a triage call online was very easy. I was called ahead of my time slot and as a precaution was offered a physical appointment. The doctor was thorough, friendly, compassionate and very easy to talk to and offered a comprehensive solution for my problem. I know how hard doctors work and how much pressure they are under but I didn’t feel rushed or that I had wasted anyone’s time. Thank you

The results on one day doesn’t reflect accurately the level of service. I sat in reception for 50 minutes and my appointment time ran late by 25 minutes yet only three people came in and left in the entire time that I was there.
