Wear a Face Mask
Effective Monday, 15th December 2025, patients who are experiencing flu-like symptoms will be required to wear a face mask when attending any of our surgery sites. This measure has been introduced in response to the current high levels of flu and other respiratory illnesses affecting both patients and staff.
This is a temporary, risk-based precaution put in place to protect our patients, colleagues, and the continuity of our services.
Wearing a face mask (where clinically safe to do so) helps protect vulnerable individuals and reduces transmission during this period of increased illness. We therefore strongly recommend that all visitors and patients wear a mask when attending our surgeries.
Please also remember that regular handwashing or the use of hand sanitiser is an effective way to prevent the spread of viruses.
Sarum Health Group appreciates the community’s cooperation and support in helping us maintain a safe environment for everyone who uses our services.
Please be aware that we may need to close certain sites if staff members are unwell. This allows us to continue running the service safely, though with reduced staffing.
