When We Are Closed
Salisbury Walk in Centre is co-located within Millstream Medical Centre and is open:
- Monday: 6:30pm to 10pm
- Tuesday: 6:30pm to 10pm
- Wednesday: 6:30pm to 10pm
- Thursday: 6:30pm to 10pm
- Friday: 6:30pm to 10pm
- Weekends: 8am to 8pm
- Bank Holidays: 8am to 8pm
During the week, we as a surgery offer appointments after 6:30pm for those needing it. This service is known as Improved Access. Our Improved Access is a service that we offer in the evenings from 6:30pm to 8pm with the aim to provide additional appointments outside our core hours of 8am to 6:30pm.

You answer questions about your symptoms on the website, or by speaking to a fully trained adviser on the phone.
You can ask for a translator if you need one.
Depending on the situation you’ll:
- find out what local service can help you
- be connected to a nurse, emergency dentist, pharmacist or GP
- get a face-to-face appointment if you need one
- be told how to get any medicine you need
- get self-care advice
