If you have a complaint or concern about the service or care you have received from us, please let us know. We aim to sort problems out easily and as quickly as possible.
If you wish to make a formal complaint, please do so verbally or in writing to our Management Team. We will acknowledge your concerns within 3 working days and will undertake a thorough investigation in order to respond fully to the issues.
