Important Patient Notice – Temporary Phone Disruption

On Thursday 11th September, we will be having a new telephone system installed at the surgery.

During this time, our phone lines may be disrupted, and it may be difficult to get through to us.

We kindly ask that you please avoid calling the surgery on this date unless absolutely necessary.

If the online service is not available to you, you may still contact us by phone, but please be aware there may be delays in answering.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation while we upgrade our phone system.

These improvements are being made to provide a better, more reliable service for all our patients.
