The easiest, most timely way is for you to access your medical record is to use your online account with SystmOnline. Pop into the Practice to obtain your username and password from reception. Remember to bring your ID.

Your medical record is constantly being updated so accessing your information using your online account, enables you to read the latest information right now including test results.

If you do not have online access, you can make a request, either in person, on the phone, or in writing, detailing the information you would like. We will ensure you receive your information within 30 days. There’s no charge unless you request multiple copies of the same information.
